Bristol Bay Hunt Promotion Details

Make a donation ($50 suggested amount) to the Sportsman’s Alliance for Alaska’s Bristol Bay Campaign to be Entered in the Drawing for this Fantastic Prize Package:

• 10-day guided moose hunt for 1 hunter in Alaska in the 2009 hunting season with Alaska Wilderness Trips, Inc.
• Kimber Model 84M or 8400 Montana rifle in winner’s choice of caliber
• Leupold VX-II 3-9x40mm scope
• 90% Jacket, Ascent Pant, and base layer system from Sitka Gear and Polartec

Important Notes on the Hunt Promotion and Drawing

• Suggested donation to be eligible for drawing is $50 per entry.
• Maximum drawing entries per person is 4 (for a suggested donation of $200).
• Donations in excess of $200 will be accepted, but will result in a maximum of 4 entries in the drawing.
• Winner will be drawn after 500 qualifying donations have been received.
• Winner must comply with all federal, state, and local firearm regulations.
• Winner must comply with all applicable hunting regulations.
• Failure to comply with the firearm or hunting regulations will result in forfeiture of prize package and any winner so disqualified shall have no recourse against the Sportsman’s Alliance for Alaska, Alaska Conservation Foundation, hunting guide/outfitter, or any of the sponsors of the promotion and drawing.
• In event that winner is disqualified as detailed above, another winner’s name will be drawn. This process will be repeated, if necessary.
• Employees of Sportsman’s Alliance for Alaska, Alaska Conservation Foundation, or any of the sponsors are not eligible for the drawing.
• Winner will be responsible for his/her round-trip travel expenses (commercial flight to/from Anchorage, charter flight with Rust’s Flying Service from Anchorage to the hunting camp, lodging and meals) between winner’s home and the moose camp in Alaska. Hunting guide/outfitter will assist winner in planning the hunt including providing travel information. Winner is also responsible for trophy shipment and any meat processing you may desire, hunting license and tags (which may be purchased upon arrival at the base camp).
  
• Winner will be required to sign liability waiver that releases Sportsman’s Alliance for Alaska, Alaska Conservation Foundation, hunting guide/outfitter, and all of the sponsors of the promotion and drawing from any liability due to the risks associated with hunt and prize package.
• Winner drawn may choose to accept a $5,000 cash payment in lieu of hunt prize package (hunt, gun, scope, clothing).
